Club Meetings

Meetings are held the third Thursday of every month from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM starting in October and going through July with exceptions noted below.

  • October 23, 2025 (postponed 1 week due to Douglas County Fall Break)
  • March 26, 2026 (postponed 1 week due to Douglas County Spring Break)

No meetings are held in August or September.

All meetings are open to the public and held at the Indian Creek Ranch Clubhouse and Fire Station 3 (7149 Cherokee Dr. Sedalia, CO 80135).

Attendance is expected by all members, parents, and leaders. Members are required to attend at least 60% of club meetings to be in good standing.

Annual Holiday Toy Drive

Our club is partnering with the Outlets at Castle Rock for their annual toy drive. We are collecting new and unwrapped toys to ensure every child in our community has a magical holiday season

Club members will bring toys to our December meeting. Other clubs can drop off toys at the CSU Extension Office or take toys directly to the available drop off locations.
